On June 22, 2022, Russia-the UK expert workshop on European security issues and analysis of political events around the special military operation in Ukraine was held.
During the workshop RIAC and RUSI experts exchanged views on the issues related to Russia, the UK, and the EU countries: the positions of Russia and the UK regarding the settlement of the conflict; the impact of sanctions on the economic situation in both countries and EU countries; the change in British public opinion and the positions of political elites regarding the continuation of the conflict; the impact of the special military operation on the positions of allies and partners of Russia and Great Britain.
