On September 3–7, 2017, in Minsk, YGNL (Younger Generation Leaders Network on Euro-Atlantic Security) held its 7th meeting.
The following issues were discussed in the course of the meeting: Belarus foreign policy and internal affairs priorities, Euro-Atlantic security issues, the development of modern societies, and the key aspects of global economic development.
Young experts from Russia, EU, the USA, Ukraine, representatives of NGOs, think tanks, and of university and business community took part in the meeting.

Ivan Timofeev, RIAC Director of Programs, and Natalia Evtikhevich, Program Manager, represented RIAC at the meeting.
In 2014 European Leadership Network (ELN) for conventional and nuclear disarmament, Nuclear Threat Initiative (NTI) public organization, and Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) formed a younger generation Track II task force to focus on Euro-Atlantic security. In 2014–2017 the meetings were held in Sofia, Riga, Sarajevo, Brussels, Helsinki, and Warsaw.
