RIAC hosted a meeting with representatives of Estonia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs: Paul Teesalu, Director General, Political DepartmentActing Undersecretary, Political Affairs Directorate; Martin Roger, Director of Division for Eastern Europe and Central Asia Issues, Policy Planning Department; Arti Hilpus, Estonia's Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to Russia; Veikko Kala, Minister-Counsellor, Estonian Embassy to Russia.

RIAC hosted a meeting with representatives of Estonia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs: Paul Teesalu, Director General, Political DepartmentActing Undersecretary, Political Affairs Directorate; Martin Roger, Director of Division for Eastern Europe and Central Asia Issues, Policy Planning Department; Arti Hilpus, Estonia's Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to Russia; Veikko Kala, Minister-Counsellor, Estonian Embassy to Russia.

The following issues were discussed: Russia-EU relations, opportunity for a RIAC and Embassy of Estonia co-organized seminar during Estonia’s Chairmanship in the EU.

Andrey Kortunov, Director Genera, Russian International Affairs Council, Ivan Timofeev, Director of Programs, RIAC, and Natalia Evtikhevich Program Manager, RIAC, represented Russian International Affairs Council at the meeting.
