On July 11, 2019, Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) hosted a meeting with the delegation of Vision India Foundation (VIF).

Gleb Ivashentsov, RIAC Vice President, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Russia, delivered the key speech at the meeting. 

The Indian delegation was headed by VIF Executive Director Shobhit Mathur. The group consisted of young Indian leaders of diverse professional backgrounds. The goal of their visit to Russia is to develop understanding of Russian governance and policy models.
