On July 18, 2016, RIAC Director General Andrey Kortunov and Program Director Ivan Timofeev received Foreign Minister of Portugal Augusto Santos Silva. The event was attended by RIAC’s members and experts, among them Army General Vyacheslav Trubnikov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, Member of the IMEMO Board, RIAC Vice-President; Director of RAS Institute for Latin American Studies Vladimir Davydov; Sergey Utkin, Head of Strategic Assessments Division of RAS Situational Analysis Center; and Sergey Kvashnin, Head of the European Union Studies at IMEMO Center for European Studies.
