RIAC has selected works in the "special award" category. Natalya Vyakhireva, RIAC Program Manager, congratulated the laureates, and gave a special prize from RIAC to competition participant Kirill Zarifulin for his paper “EU-EAEU Relations in 2015-2018: Stagnation of European Integration”.
