Please accept our sincere gratitude for your participation and sparing your precious time in our joint conference “Deepening Turkey-Russia Relations”.
Your kind presence and support gave us a great opportunity to share our ideas and to contribute to the timely discussions of the related issues and on that occasion, we were privileged to hear many of your valuable evaluations regarding the field.
We hope that you found the conference also worthwhile and supportive for your further research.
On that occassion, we would like to express that we are deeply saddened by the loss of H.E. Andrei Karlov, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Ankara, on December, 19th in an armed attack perpetrated at the inauguration ceremony of an exhibition.
We condemn this heinous terrorist attack in the strongest terms. We convey our heartfelt condolences to You and all of the esteemed members of RIAC and the Russian Academia.
We will always honour H.E. Mr. Ambassador's memory and will not allow this attack to shed a shadow on Turkish-Russian friendship.
We look forward to have productive academic relations and events ahead between our institutions,
