New Board includes RIAC members: Mikhail Fedotov, Chairman of the Council for Civil Society Institutions Development and Human Rights, Sergey Karaganov, honorary chairman of the presidium of the Council on Foreign and Defense Policy, Igor Yurgens, Chairman of the Board of the Institute of Contemporary Development, Anita Soboleva, RIAC Expert.
