On June 24, the Embassy of Italy in Moscow hosted a meeting of a group of RIAC members and experts with Italian Deputy Foreign Minister Marta Dassu. Conducted by Italy's Ambassador to Russia Antonio Zanardi, the gathering discussed the status and prospects of the bilateral dialog and certain aspects of relations between Russia and the European Union in the context of Italian EU Presidency the second half of 2014.

On June 24, the Embassy of Italy in Moscow hosted a meeting of a group of RIAC members and experts with Italian Deputy Foreign Minister Marta Dassu.

RIAC was represented by its Director General Andrey Kortunov, Deputy Director of RAS Institute for European Studies Alexei Gromyko, Editor-in-Chief of Russia in Global Politics magazine Fyodor Lukyanov, Section Head of Center for European Integration at Institute of World Economy and International Relations Nadezhda Arbatova, and President of Institute for Energy and Finance Vladimir Feigin. The Italian side included Foreign Ministry and Embassy officers.
