On September 23, 2025, a closed round table “Dynamics of Nuclear Deterrence: Global and Regional Dimensions” was held. Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) in cooperation with Strategic Vision Institute (SVI) organized the meeting. The goal of the round table was to discuss the nuclear deterrence transformation and to identify long-term stability threats and challenges in the context of regional and global issues. The meeting was attended by leading experts from Russia and Pakistan.
