The meeting was moderated by Ian Hill, Ambassador of New Zealand. Russian side was represented by Andrey Kortunov, RIAC Director General, and Andrey Kolesnikov, Chair of the Russian Domestic Politics and Political Institutions Program at the Carnegie Moscow Center.
