On June 14, 2019, Chumir Foundation for Ethics in Leadership delegation from Canada headed by Joel Bell, Chairman of the Foundation, visited Russian International Affairs Council. The following issues were discussed in the course of the meeting: development of relations in Russia — US — China triangle and possible areas of work on strengthening international stability.

Russian side was represented by Andrey Kortunov, RIAC Director General, and Dmitri Trenin, Director of the Carnegie Moscow Center.
