The discussion focused on the evolving military-political situation in the Asia-Pacific region in the context of increasing tensions in the U.S.-China relations, promoting the Indo-Pacific region concept by the U.S., and the difficulties in the work of many regional multilateral organizations. Particular attention was paid to the preparation of 2021 APEC Summit, to be held in New Zealand.
