On March 4-5, 2014 Seoul hosted the 5th Asian Leadership Conference on security and development in Asia-Pacific where leading politicians, corporation CEOs and key international experts on Asia-Pacific and Northeast Asia participated.

The participants were addressed by RIAC Director General Andrey Kortunov who spoke on possible Russia's engagement in implementing multilateral development projects in Northeast Asia.
