On March 1, 2022, the Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC), together with the International Institute for the Development of Scientific Cooperation (MIRNaS), will organize the round table “Views of Russia and Turkey on the Current Situation in Central Asia”

On September 30, 2021, Davis Center for Russian and Eurasian Studies at Harvard University held a public international expert discussion on the topic: "The Taliban Takeover and Central Asian Security: What Will Russia and China Do?"

On June 28, 2019, an expert meeting was held at Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) to discuss the relations between Russia and the EU with the countries of Central Asia.

On April 26, 2019, in Washington D.C., Institute for European, Russian, and Eurasian Studies at George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs held a presentation of the joint report by Andrey Kortunov, RIAC Director General, and Marlene Laruelle, Associate Director of and Research Professor of the Institute, on Russia-the U.S. cooperation in Central Asia.

On December 4, 2018, Russian International Affairs Council together with the German Council on Foreign Relations (DGAP) held a round table “Dialogue among Russia, the EU, China, and Central Asia on the Cohesion of Eurasia”.

Thomas Mayr-Harting, Managing Director for Europe and Central Asia in the European External Action Service, and Boris Yaroshevich, Managing Director of the Central Asia Department of the European External Action Service, attended the event.

On April 23, 2018, Russian Centre for Science and Culture in Dushanbe hosted a seminar on formation of a single Eurasian educational space.

On October 27, 2017, Russian International Affairs Council hosted a roundtable on the attitude of Russian Federation and the U.S. to security challenges and political solution in Afghanistan. Russian and American experts took part in the meeting.
