On February 22, RIAC welcomed Yoon Young-Kwan, former Minister of foreign affairs and trade of Republic of Korea, and Wi Sung Lac, former Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Russia. Igor Ivanov, RIAC President, and Andrey Kortunov, RIAC Director General, met with the guests from Seoul. The parties discussed the current state and prospects of Russia - Republic of Korea relations, security issues on the Korean peninsula and in the Northeast Asia as a whole.
