On August 28–29, 2019, in The Hague University (Netherlands), an expert meeting was held focusing on relations between Russia and Ukraine. The meeting was organized by the University for Peace.

On August 28–29, 2019, in The Hague University (Netherlands), an expert meeting was held focusing on relations between Russia and Ukraine. The meeting was organized by the University for Peace.

The Russian side was represented by:

  • Ivan Timofeev, RIAC Director of Programs.

  • Andrey Zagorsky, RIAC Member, Director of IMEMO RAS Department of Disarmament and Conflict Resolution.

  • Sergey Utkin, Head of Strategic Assessment Section, RAS IMEMO, RIAC Expert.

Pending issues of the implementation of the Minsk Agreements were discussed at the meeting.
