On September 19, 2014, RIAC Director Andrey Kortunov, Eugeny Gontmacher, Deputy Director of the Institute of World Economy and International Relations, Dmitry Danilov, Head of European Security Department at RAS Institute for European Studies and Alexei Malashenko, member of the Scientific Council of the Moscow Carnegie Center met Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz, Polish Ambassador to Russia, Adam Eberhardt, Deputy Director of the Warsaw Centre for Eastern Studies, and representatives of Poland's Embassy in Moscow.

The sides focused on European security, possible development of Russia-EU relations in the context of Ukraine and European Union leadership reshuffle, Russia-Poland dialogue, as well as general issues of global politics.
