On June 25, 2015, the residence of the British ambassador in Moscow hosted a meeting of RIAC members with Michael Tatham, Director for Eastern Europe and Central Asia at Foreign and Commonwealth Office. Moderated by Deputy Head of Mission at British Embassy to Moscow Martin Harris, the event was attended by RIAC Director General Andrey Kortunov, Director of RAS Institute for European Studies Alexey Gromyko and Director of Moscow Carnegie Center Dmitry Trenin, both RIAC members, as well as Professor Nikolay Petrov of Moscow School of Economics, Head of Transparency International Moscow Elena Panfilova, Head of Amnesty International Moscow Office Sergey Nikitin, and British Embassy officials. The participants discussed the Ukraine crisis, Russia-Great Britain relations, and current socio-economic and political trends in Russia.
