The project was implemented by the Vienna FES Regional Office for Cooperation and Peace in Europe and the Berlin Center for East European and International Studies (ZOiS).
Andrey Kortunov, RIAC Director General, spoke at the presentation about new independent variables in forecasting that arose due to the coronavirus pandemic, the early stage of global economic recession, and worldwide falling prices for hydrocarbons.
