27 октября Российский совет по международным делам (РСМД) в лице президента РСМД Игоря Иванова и Альянс цивилизаций Организации Объединенных Наций (АЦООН) в лице высокого представителя Насира Абд аль-Азиза ан-Насера подписали меморандум о взаимопонимании.
On October 27, 2015, RIAC President Igor Ivanov and UN High Representative for the Alliance of Civilizations Nassir Abdulaziz Al-Nasser signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation between the two organizations.
The document lays out a plan for development of joint programs and events for reaching mutual aims of RIAC and UNAOC who would set up a mechanism for consultations to identify and employ all their assets for practical cooperation and mutual support.
