On June 8, 2013 RIAC President Igor Ivanov had a meeting with the ambassadors of the EU member-states accredited in Moscow which took place in the residency of the Delegation of the European Union to Russia. The meeting was conducted by the Head of the Delegation of the EU Ambassador Fernando Martin Valenzuela Marzo.

On June 8, 2013 RIAC President Igor Ivanov had a meeting with the ambassadors of the EU member-states accredited in Moscow which took place in the residency of the Delegation of the European Union to Russia. The meeting was conducted by the Head of the Delegation of the EU Ambassador Fernando Martin Valenzuela Marzo.

During the meeting RIAC President described what the origins, working principles, current and potential RIAC projects were and answered numerous questions asked by the foreign diplomats that were related both to the work of the Council and to the broader issues of Russian foreign policy and today's international relations.

An emphasis was laid upon the current Russia-EU relations, creation of a "Larger Europe" and a single and indivisible system of the Euro-Atlantic security.
RIAC Director General Andrei Kortunov also took part in the meeting.
