On December 17, 2013 the Russian International Affairs Council held a meeting with the representatives of Moscow State Technical University n.a. N.E. Bauman. The MSTU vice-rector for international relations Ivan Arkharov, head of department of international scientific and educational cooperation Mikhail Kuznetsov, RIAC Director General Andrey Kortunov, RIAC Deputy Program Director Timur Makhmutov as well as RIAC Program Manager and coordinator of educational projects Ekaterina Chimiris participated in the event. During the meeting the guests were presented the information about current and future RIAC projects carried out in partnership with Russian universities and got acquainted with the materials of the "Global Science" and "A+Standard" projects. The parties achieved an agreement on preparation and coordination of a RIAC-MSTU cooperation plan for 2014.
