On September 12, 2014, RIAC Media and Government Relations Manager Anton Tsvetov delivered a lecture at the workshop "Vietnam: Business Prospects" held during the International Business Forum in Nizhniy Novgorod.
Organized by Center for Business Practice Leader, the event was opened by its Director General Galina Kudryavtseva who described the forum's aim as preparation of the Nizhniy Novgorod small and medium enterprises for Russian business mission in Vietnam scheduled for October 2014.

In his speech, Anton Tsvetov focused on Vietnam's economic development, domestic policies, achievements and problems in bilateral relations. Major attention was attached to the specifics of business communications, since psychological differences of Russians and Vietnamese people frequently complicate contacts. However, these problems may be alleviated through knowing each country's mentality and mutual perception.
Attaching great attention to engagement of regional business communities, RIAC provides them with information and analytical support for entering foreign markets on the basis of its original methodology for promoting companies in the English-language Internet and offers advice to raise the efficiency of companies' digital presence.
