On February 18, 2025, the Russian International Affairs Council and the Institute of International Politics and Economics of the Republic of Serbia signed a Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation.

The Memorandum expands opportunities for academic and expert cooperation between the two research institutions. The parties agreed to organize and hold joint conferences, roundtables, and expert events, carry out collaborative research projects, work on joint publications, and exchange analytical materials.
