The Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) contributed to the preparation of the working paper “BRICS 2.0 Amplifies 'Non-West', not 'Anti-West', Trend”, published by the Anwar Gargash Diplomatic Academy (UAE). The paper explores the regional and global significance of BRICS, the prospects for its expansion, as well as key economic and political dimensions of the grouping's development.
On behalf of RIAC, the publication was co-authored by Alexander Ignatov, Senior Research Fellow at the Center for International Institutions Research, Institute of Applied Economic Research, RANEPA.
