On November 19–23, 2024, the Middle East Peace and Security (MEPS) Forum was held in Dahuk, Iraq. The goal of the meeting was to discuss the main security and development challenges in the Middle East region in the context of global trends.

Within the framework of the forum, participants discussed a wide range of issues related to the Middle East. In particular, there were discussions on the main directions of political transformation in the Middle East, the role of non-regional actors in the process of conflict resolution, and the prospects for regional stabilisation.
