Report “Russian-Japanese Relations: Current State and Prospects of Development” Translated into Japanese

RIAC project on Russian-Japanese relations is gaining momentum. The report “Russian-Japanese Relations: Current State and Prospects for Development" prepared by a group of experts headed by a RIAC member Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Alexander Panov has been translated into Japanese and is now available to Japanese scholars.
