On November 15, 2020, an expert discussion “Libya: Towards Stabilization” took place at the site of the Strategicon Center. During the event, a wide range of issues related to the prospects for political stabilization in Libya and the development of Russian-Libyan relations were discussed. In addition, the participants discussed the role of regional powers in resolving the Libyan conflict, as well as inter-Libyan talks within the framework of the Libyan Political Dialogue Forum, which started in Tunisia on November 9, 2020.
