On November 26, 2015, the 17th Session of RIAC Presidium was held to adopt the plan and other documents regulating RIAC activities in 2016, as well as to discuss and endorse financial and accounting reports. The Presidium approved the list of candidates for RIAC individual membership.

On November 26, 2015, the 17th Session of RIAC Presidium was held to adopt the plan and other documents regulating RIAC activities in 2016, as well as to discuss and endorse financial and accounting reports.  

The Presidium approved RIAC vice-presidential nominees:

  1. Alexander Dzasokhov - Deputy Chairman of the Commission of the Russian Federation for UNESCO

  2. Georgy Mamedov – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary 

  3. Mikhail Margelov – Vice-President on International Affairs and Public Relations, Transneft

  4. Vyacheslav Trubnikov – RAS IMEMO Directorate member, Army General (Ret.), Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary 

The Presidium approved the list of candidates for RIAC individual membership:

  1. Eugeny Abov – Deputy Director General of Rossiyskaya Gazeta Publishing House, Head of International Multimedia Information and Publishing Project Russia Beyond the Headlines

  2. Mikhail Bogdanov – Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation, Special Presidential Representative on the Middle East

  3. Stanislav VoskresenskyDeputy Minister for Economic Development

  4. Vladimir GrigorievDeputy Head of the Russian Federal Agency for Press and Mass Communications

  5. Andrey KolosovskyLegal and Corporate Affairs Director, Microsoft Russia

  6. Mikhail Konarovsky – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary 

  7. Dmitry LIvanov – Russian Minister for Education

  8. Sergey Luzyanin – Director of RAS Institute for Far Eastern Studies

  9. Igor Morgulov – Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation

  10. Alexander Torshin – Deputy Chairman of the Russian Federation Central Bank

  11. Vladimir Filippov – Rector of Russian University of Peoples’ Friendship

  12. Yuri Shafrannik – founder of International Group Soyuzneftegaz, Board Chairman

  13. Mikhail Shvydkoy – Special Presidential Representative on International Cultural Cooperation, Ambassador-at-Large, Russian Federation Minister of Culture in 2000-2004
