On September 29, 2022, Oxford Process, a British expert think tank, held the fourteenth high-level international expert meeting on the challenges of resolving the Russian-Ukrainian crisis and the future of European security. The meeting was held in an online mode and was dedicated to the possible role of the Security Council and the UN General Assembly in preventing the use of nuclear weapons in the conflict on the territory of Ukraine and around it, as well as the necessary conditions for the resumption of dialogue on the challenges of a political settlement of the conflict.

As usual, the event was attended by experts from the United States, Great Britain, Ukraine, and Russia. Russian side was represented at the meeting by Andrey Kortunov, RIAC Director General.
