The Second International Conference “Russia and China: Taking on a New Quality of Bilateral Relations” has started its work in Moscow. The first day began with a session “Economic Integration in the Eurasian Region” moderated by RIAC Program Director Ivan Timofeev, and the first speaker was Djoomart Otorbaev, Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan (2014-2015).

On May 30, 2016 experts, businessmen, representatives of governmental authorities from Russia, China and other countries will discuss at expert sessions the whole range of issues covering Russian-Chinese relations and their regional context.

On May 31, the Conference will continue its work in plenary sessions.
