Ambassador Wolfgang Ischinger, Chairman of the Munich Security Conference, Andrew S. Weiss, Vice President for studies at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, and Andrey Kortunov, Director General at Russian International Affairs Council, took part in the debate.
Katja Gloger, a famous German journalist and a correspondent of «Stern» daily, moderated the debate.
