Meeting with an Indian Society Figure, Dr Dalbir Singh

On September 16^th, Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) hosted a meeting with Dr Dalbir Singh, National Secretary, All India Congress Committee, and Member of the Supreme Advisory Council, Eurasian Peoples' Assembly. Ksenia Kuzmina, RIAC Deputy Director of Programs, Dr Anastasia Tolstukhina, RIAC Program Manager, and Konstantin Sukhoverkhov, Program Coordinator, took part in the meeting. Discussion focused on prospects for closer Russia — India collaboration, especially on the economic front.
