Igor Ivanov, RIAC President, addressed the participants with a welcoming speech. As part of the event, Alexei Drobinin, Director of the Foreign Policy Planning Department of the Russian Foreign Ministry, and Maxim Musikhin, Director of the Legal Department of the Russian Foreign Ministry, spoke about international legal aspects of the Concept of the Foreign Policy of the Russian Federation.
