On July 7, 2025, the Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) hosted a delegation of Indian officials, headed by Sujeet Kumar, Member of Parliament. During the discussion, experts exchanged views on the current state and prospects of Russian-Indian partnership, including those in science and technology. Particular attention was paid to expanding cooperation in 2025–2026. The event was held in closed-door format.

On July 7, 2025, the Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) hosted a delegation of Indian officials, headed by Sujeet Kumar, Member of Parliament. During the discussion, experts exchanged views on the current state and prospects of Russian-Indian partnership, including those in science and technology. Particular attention was paid to expanding cooperation in 2025–2026. The event was held in closed-door format.

The Indian delegation also included Air Commodore Amit Sharma, Air Attaché of the Indian Embassy in Moscow and Praveen Nigam, Third Secretary of the Indian Embassy in Moscow. The Russian side was represented by Julia Melnikova, Head of RIAC Asia and Eurasia Program, Anastasia Tolstukhina, Head of the RIAC Tech Policy Program, Gleb Gryzlov, RIAC Program Coordinator, Alexey Kashin, RIAC Program Assistant.
