The Handbook is a follow-up to RIAC’s previous reference guides on topical problems of global politics, among them the International Research in Russia and Migration Field of Russia that were placed on separate website ir.russiancouncil.ru so that experts and organizations could update and enter information on their own. The latest Handbook will be made available at the same website in 2015, with its electronic version already accessible.
