On February 1, 2022, European Leadership Network (ELN) held an international expert discussion on the current situation around Ukraine and the prospects for its de-escalation.

Russian side was represented at the meeting by: Alexei Gromyko, RIAC Member, Director of RAS Institute of Europe; Andrey Kortunov, RIAC Director General; Sergey Rogov, Academic Director of RAS Institute for the U.S. and Canadian Studies (ISKRAN), RIAC Member; Pavel Kanevsky, Pavel Sharikov, RIAC Experts; as well as Pavel Andreev, Head of the Office of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation.
