On February 28 - March 3, 2016 Brussels was the venue of the 4th Meeting of Young Experts Group on Ukraine Settlement and Euro-Atlantic Security. The Group discussed at the meeting the issues of terrorism, the challenges associated with the migration crisis in Europe, the relations between Russia and the EU, Russia and NATO, the crisis in Ukraine and ways of its resolution. Representatives of diplomatic missions and the European Commission took part in the sessions held in the question and answer format. , ситуация на Украине и пути ее разрешения. В формате вопросов и ответов прошли сессии с участием представителей дипломатических миссий и Европейской комиссии.

On February 28 - March 3, 2016 Brussels was the venue of the 4th Meeting of Young Experts Group on Ukraine Settlement and Euro-Atlantic Security.

The Group discussed at the meeting the issues of terrorism, the challenges associated with the migration crisis in Europe, the relations between Russia and the EU, Russia and NATO, the crisis in Ukraine and ways of its resolution. Representatives of diplomatic missions and the European Commission took part in the sessions held in the question and answer format.

The meeting brought together young leaders from Ukraine, Europe, Russia and the United States, representatives of NGOs, think tanks, as well as university and business community.

RIAC was represented by its Program Director Ivan Timofeev and Program Manager Natalia Evtikhevich.

The Young Experts Group was formed in 2014 by the European Leadership Network (ELN), the Nuclear Threat Initiative (NTI) and the Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) to develop steps for enhancing Euro-Atlantic security. In 2014 and 2015 the Group held meetings in Sophia, Riga and Sarajevo.
