RIAC is pleased to announce a competition for the best author of Russian and English-language blog.
If you would like to enter, you will need to post your blog (or more than one) some time between 15th of July and 7th of September this year.
Between 7 and 30 September, RIAC will conduct a vote on its web page, as well as on its Facebook page and, based on your votes, the best three bloggers will be short-listed for the English and Russian-language competition.
The winner will be selected by a special competition board at the RIAC, headed by its President, Igor Ivanov.
The final results will be announced on the 1 November 2013.

There will also be a special readership award to the best bloggers acknowledged through the voting.
