Andrey Kortunov, RIAC Director General, Dan Smith, Director of the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI), and Miles Pomper, Senior Fellow in the Washington DC office of the Center for Nonproliferation Studies (CNS), took part in the discussion.
