On October 14-16, 2016 London hosted a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the International Crisis Group, an international non-governmental organization that concerns itself with analysis, prevention and resolution of crisis situations in various regions of the world.

On October 14-16, 2016 London hosted a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the International Crisis Group, an international non-governmental organization that concerns itself with analysis, prevention and resolution of crisis situations in various regions of the world.

The Board of Trustees is composed of former government officials and diplomats, business leaders, and leading experts in international affairs. RIAC Director General Andrey Kortunov represents Russia on the Board of Trustees.

The discussion at the meeting in London focused on the current situation in Syria and around it, the migration crisis in Europe, as well as on potential crisis scenarios in Latin America and in Asia.
