On December 20, 2018, Andrey Kortunov, RIAC Director General, had a meeting with Thomas Greminger, OSCE Secretary-General, and the OSCE Vienna-based secretariat staff.

The parties discussed the formats of interaction between the OSCE Secretariat and the international expert community in the work on analytical materials on the future of European security in the context of the upcoming Slovakia’s OSCE chairmanship.
