On November 16 Sweden’s Ministry of Defense Delegation, namely Jörgen Cederberg, Senior Adviser, Department for Security and International Relations, Ministry of Defense, and Håkan Andersson, Military Adviser, visited Russian International Affairs Council.

On November 16 Sweden’s Ministry of Defense Delegation, namely Jörgen Cederberg, Senior Adviser, Department for Security and International Relations, Ministry of Defense, and Håkan Andersson, Military Adviser, visited Russian International Affairs Council.

During the meeting the following issues were discussed: European security, Russia-NATO relations, Baltic sea region contingent-caused conflict risk reduction, perspective areas of multilateral cooperation in the Arctic.

RIAC informed the Swedish representatives about its projects in the spheres listed and about its work plans on European security issues for 2017 and for the long-term perspective.
