On March 20, 2014 Russian Foreign Ministry held a meeting of the Interdepartmental Working Group on NGO Activities with participation of heads of the Foreign Ministry departments, Russian NGOs and civil society groups. RIAC was represented by Program Director Ivan Timofeev who presented the RIAC website as a platform for interaction between Russian NGOs and government structures for solution of common problems related to intellectual support of foreign policy.

RIAC was represented by Program Director Ivan Timofeev who presented the RIAC website as a platform for interaction between Russian NGOs and government structures for solution of common problems related to intellectual support of foreign policy.

In his speech Dr. Timofeev covered the opportunities of A+Standard educational program for bolstering the positions of Russian organizations in the English-language Internet. RIAC has already had such practice, i.e. on February 28 it organized an educational workshop for the National Committee for BRICS Studies.

Dr. Timofeev also shared his experience in preparation of analytical materials, presented the methodology of RIAC research and called the attendees for cooperation.
