On April 11, 2014 the RIAC delegation consisting of its President Igor Ivanov, Director General Andrey Kortunov, Program Manager Natalia Yevtikhevich and MGIMO-University Professor Andrey Zagorsky visited the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington, DC.

On April 11, 2014 the RIAC delegation consisting of its President Igor Ivanov, Director General Andrey Kortunov, Program Manager Natalia Yevtikhevich and MGIMO-University Professor Andrey Zagorsky visited the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington, DC.

The agenda included the presentation of the Arctic research project by its manager Dr. Zagorsky, followed by business lunch with the CSIS leaders including CSIS Counselor and Trustee Zbigniew Brzezinski, national security adviser to President Carter. Alongside cooperation on the Arctic project, the participants discussed ways to settle Ukraine crisis and its potential repercussions for the international community.
