On March 29, RIAC representatives Ekaterina Chimiris and Vladimir Morozov took part in the first session of the Commonwealth Civic Diplomatic Corps project on training public diplomacy activists for Eurasia. Held at the Russia Federation Civic Chamber, the event was attended by youths from non-commercial and nongovernmental organizations and universities engaged in humanitarian cooperation.

On March 29, RIAC representatives Ekaterina Chimiris and Vladimir Morozov took part in the first session of the Commonwealth Civic Diplomatic Corps project on training public diplomacy activists for Eurasia. Held at the Russia Federation Civic Chamber, the event was attended by youths from non-commercial and nongovernmental organizations and universities engaged in humanitarian cooperation.

On behalf of RIAC, Ekaterina Chimiris described its activities with focus on educational programs and the website as a source of up-to-date quality analysis on diverse foreign policy issues. The trainees were also introduced to the RIAC blog service, a possible first step for young scholars to advance to the expert level.

Program Coordinator Vladimir Morozov narrated about RIAC’s contests for young journalists and foreign relations scholars, which evoked a lively response among roundtable participants willing to continue cooperation with RIAC.
