Opened by RIAC President Igor Ivanov and Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Federation Council Mikhail Margelov, the session also included the commentaries of RIAC members Sergey Rogov, Alexander Panov, Deputy Director of RAS Institute for U.S. and Canadian Studies Viktor Supyan, Colonel General Viktor Yesin, and Head of Disarmament and Conflict Settlement Department at IMEMO Center for International Security Andrey Zagorsky.
