Igor Ivanov, President of the RIAC, delivered a public lecture titled “The Changing System of International Relations and Its Impact on U.S.-Russian Relations” at the Elliott School of International Affairs, George Washington University, on April 4, 2013. His lecture was attended by professors and students of the University, members of research institutes and non-governmental organizations based in Washington, diplomats and journalists.
