The winners’ essays will be published on the RIAC and OSCE Parliamentary Assembly websites.

About the Project

2015 will mark the 40th anniversary of the signing of the Helsinki Final Act. In honour of the occasion, the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly has launched a project that is aimed at developing recommendations for improving the effectiveness of the Organization.

The OSCE Parliamentary Assembly is carrying out the project in partnership with the Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC), the German Marshall Fund of the United States (GMF), the Finnish Institute of International Affairs (FIIA), the Belgrade Fund for Political Excellence (BFPE), the Swedish Institute for International Affairs and the Danish Institute for International Studies (DIIS).
